GENERAL
All commissions are digital, no physical copies will be provided.The artist’s style may evolve over time, meaning artwork may differ slightly in style and consistency.PAYMENTS
I have the right to cancel & refund the commission anytime.REVISIONS
I allow up to three (3) revisions free of charge. Any additional revisions/edits may be charged if deemed necessary.CLIENT USAGE POLICY
Personal Use: Can be used for personal collection, social media posts (non-promotional), desktop wallpapers.Commercial Use: Required if used for branding, streaming overlays, content creation, digital rewards, or promotional material.Merchandising Rights: Required if the artwork is printed on products for sale.COMMERCIAL / MERCHANDISE RIGHTS
- Commercial Use (+80% Fee): For commissions intended for monetized uses, such as streaming, Vtubing, content creation (e.g., branding, digital content packs, or anything that brings monetary value etc.), an additional 80% commercial license fee will be applied to the total price.
- Merchandise License (+150% Fee): For commissions to be used on physical products for sale (such as prints, stickers, keychains, etc.), a 200% merchandise license fee will be added to the total price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Do NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit if the commission is only for personal use.REFUNDS
- All payments are final. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds will not be issued once work has started. This includes progress updates, sketches, or any work that has been completed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Artwork Time: The time it takes to finish a commission depends on things like the artist’s health, the number of commissions in the queue, the complexity of the work, and personal matters. An estimated delivery time will be given, but it might change based on these factors.
-Specific Deadlines: If you need the artwork by a certain date (like for an event or gift), please let me know before we confirm the commission. While I’ll do my best to meet the deadline, certain things may come up that could affect the delivery time.
-Delays: If there are any delays, I will let you know as soon as possible and give you an updated delivery time.COMMUNICATION

PROCEDURE1) Please contact me through Email/Instagram/Twitter with your character reference, purpose(commercial/personal), additional requests (colour, pose, etc)

2) I will confirm your submission and you will need to respond to my paypal invoice after sketch finished within 48 hours
3) I will work on the initial sketch for approval
4) Final work will be sent through Google Drive folder.
